Search and agent commands
Jump to any client, device or tool, and follow audits and uninstalls.
Search
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), or select Search clients, devices, tools in the top bar.
Type a client name, a hostname or a tool name. Search finds devices that are not retired and tools in use. It also lists pages and actions:
- The Overview, Clients, Needs review, Policy, Triage high-risk tools and Settings pages.
- Audit all devices at a client: asks every device at that client to scan now. Admins and staff see it. See Audits.
- Collapse or expand the sidebar (⌘B).
Agent commands
The Agent commands indicator in the top bar follows audits and uninstalls from any page.

A device has 5 minutes to pick up an audit and 5 more to finish it. If it does not, the indicator says it didn't respond in time. For an audit, admins and staff can select Retry.
A device has 7 days to come online and pick up an uninstall.
A finished command closes on its own after a few seconds. One that failed stays until you close it with Dismiss (the cross).
