Triage
Decide on every high-risk tool in use, one card at a time.
Triage is the quickest way to give every high-risk tool in use a baseline policy. Only admins can triage.
Open it from the button on the Policy page, which counts the tools waiting, for example Triage 3 high-risk tools. The button only shows when there is something to triage. You can also open it from the High risk, unreviewed tile on the Overview, or search for Triage high-risk tools.
Read the card: the tool, its vendor and category, the catalogue's notes, how many devices and clients use it, and Used online if it was seen on the network.
Choose Not allowed or Tolerate. You can also drag the card, or use the arrow keys: left for not allowed, right for tolerate.
To change your mind, select Undo or press Backspace. The tool goes back to Unreviewed.
When every card is decided, the page reads All decided. Your baseline is up to date.
Each choice saves straight away and sets the baseline. You can still override it for one client later.
Triage does not show which devices a Not allowed decision affects. To see that first, set the policy from the Policy page instead.
