Overview

The dashboard. Every AI tool found across all your clients' devices.

Overview is the first page in the sidebar. Its heading is AI across your estate. It refreshes every 30 seconds while the tab is open.

Until a device has enrolled, it shows No devices yet. Add a client and enrol its devices to start.

A device is online if it checked in within the last few minutes. It is not reporting if it has sent no report for 72 hours.

This week

Up to three cards, each shown only if something happened this week:

  • New on the network: a tool that started connecting from new devices.
  • Newly found on disk: a tool that turned up on devices.
  • Cleaned up: installs removed this week.

Each card compares with the week before. Use the arrows, the dots or your arrow keys to move between them.

Needs attention

Tools in use where your policy says they are not allowed. Each entry shows the tool, how many devices, and which clients.

When nothing goes against your policy, the card reads All clear.

Resolved in the last 30 days lists Not allowed tools that were removed from a device, or dismissed on one.

Charts

  • Risk by client: AI tools in use at each client, by risk.
  • Most widespread: the eight AI tools on the most devices.

AI used over the network

Services devices actually connected to in the last 30 days, including use in a browser. Select a service to see its devices. See Network use.

Latest activity lists the most recent AI connections. Select one to open that device's network activity.

All AI tools

Every tool in use, with Not allowed tools first, then by risk. Filter by risk, policy and category, or search.

Admins can set a tool's policy here. The policy you set on this page is your baseline for every client. See Policy.

If anything looks like AI but is not in the catalogue, a link above the table takes you to Needs review.
