Account plans
Switch account plan collection on or off, for every client or one.
With account plans on, agents report which plan each AI tool is signed in with, and the email domain of the account. You can then spot personal and free accounts used for work. See Account levels.
Full email addresses, names, tokens and content are never collected.
It works for Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor and GitHub Copilot in VS Code.
Only admins can change it. Tell your clients before you switch it on.
Switch the default on or off
Open Settings.
Under AI account plans, select Switch on or Switch off.
Switching on asks every device at clients that follow the default to audit straight away.
Clients with their own setting are listed under the card.
Change it for one client
Open the client, then the Settings tab.
Under AI account plans, choose Organisation default, On or Off.
Switching off deletes what was collected
When you switch off, the console asks first, then deletes the plan and domain details collected so far. This cannot be undone.
If you switch on again, details come back only from new reports.
