Getting started

Sign in to the console, and what to do if you cannot.

Enter your work email and select Send sign-in code. Or select Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Google, where the page shows them.

If you chose email, enter the code from your inbox.

If your organisation enforces SSO and your email is on its domain, Send sign-in code takes you to Microsoft sign-in instead.

Join through SSO

If your organisation has SSO, you do not need an admin to add you. SSO is a paid add-on, so not every organisation has it.

Sign in with an email address on one of your organisation's verified SSO domains.

Select Continue to and your organisation's name.

You join at the access level your admins chose for SSO, Read-only unless they changed it. Nobody joins as an admin. An admin can change your access on the Users page.

Admins set SSO up under Settings > SSO, after adding it under Billing. See SSO and Billing.
